The Design Process: What To Expect

One. To begin the design process, please contact me (Elan Morgan) to let me know that you are interested so that we can discuss our mutual availability and the project at hand.

Two. I will ask you to fill out the Ninjamatics' Design Questionnaire, which allows you to answer a preliminary set of questions and make some decisions about what it is you are looking for in your design. This design questionnaire is a valuable tool that you and I will use to clarify what it is you that are looking for with a project and will help to lay its groundwork. I will contact you shortly after you have completed the questionnaire to clarify any details I may have questions about.

Three. I will send you an invoice via PayPal. All payments are required prior to the start of the design process, although they are often broken up into several payments as we move through different aspects of the project.*

Four. Following receipt of payment, I will send you the first proposal, usually within one week, depending on the complexity of the project.

Five. You will have approximately three opportunities for revision, which revisions can be fairly extensive around the original design. More than one complete redesign will move beyond the scope of the original agreement. We can communicate by e-mail or Skype to hammer out details. When you have approved the final design, I will send you your completed masthead in JPG, PNG, or GIF format.**

Six. If the design is for a masthead and/or full page design, you will display one of the graphic buttons or the link text below somewhere on the main page of your website to credit the design:
