Elan Morgan creates the visual design for weblogs, individual mastheads, buttons and badges, business cards, etc., and Aidan Morgan is the second set of eyes who helps to guide the process. I also do CSS and HTML coding for projects on both Blogger and Squarespace, and I have fabulous friends like Dawn Blanchfield and Mr Lady to write CSS and HTML for websites on WordPress.
